Group Rides

Join Us for a Spin

Beginning on Memorial Day and going through Labor Day, group rides will leave from the shop at the following days and times:

• Tuesday and Thursday evenings @ 6:15pm
• Saturday mornings @ 7:00am

There is a "This" and "That" group. 

"This" group tends to have an average pace of 21-24mph. Typical loops are over 30 miles. A road bike, and general group riding skills are a must if you plan to ride in "this" group.  Draft lines, attacks, and (mostly polite) yelling is common.

"That" group is a great place to start if you're new to the road scene. It tends to average around 17-20mph, and has various riders or all different skill levels. A road bike is still recommended to ride in "That" group.
